As Area Sales Manager in Shan, you coordinate employee
development in your area. Your role involves implementing sales tactics,
identifying potential customers and taking advantage of marketing
opportunities. Imagine actively engaging with potential customers, showcasing
our product offerings, and expanding your geographic reach.
Contributions to business development:
Conduct meetings with DSFs who adhere to established policies
and conduct mock calls to resolve the sales transaction for the SKU/initiative.
Monitor FIFO at both warehouse and market levels.
Identify stock requirements at the warehouse and order SKUs
as per agreed standards.
To enhance the capacity of distributors and their employees
through market training and coaching, ensuring regular follow-up with DSF.
Ensure that distributors and DSRs use promotional budgets
effectively.
Provide weekly reports on all key ASM performance indicators
(KPIs).
Screen and place order bookers/DSRs.
Ensure annual performance plans are implemented to achieve
monthly volume targets and monitor groups in the market.
